Food Pairings

Kettmeir’s Pinot Bianco works wonderfully with dishes that marry different cultures and cuisines. Crab cakes with sriracha aioli or duck confit empanadas would shine with Pinot Bianco’s fresh, fruity, and clean finish. The wine’s racy acidity and medium weight make it enjoyable as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to dishes as simple as roasted chicken with knoedel (traditional Tyrolean dumplings) or fantastic with sushi.
